Hudco To Go is a chef driven deli featuring house made products and local market items. Hudco To Go will provide quick, high-quality meal options for the residents and guests of Hudson along with the St. Croix Valley.
What we do
Hudco To Go is a co-op concept, we will be partnering with Hudson and surrounding area businesses. We will bring you a fast and one stop shop for some your favorites from around the St. Croix Valley along with our own chef made options.
Hudco To Go will feature: hot and cold Grab n Go, single serve Heat & Eat meals, family size Take & Bake entrée and sides, dry grocery, frozen foods, local items, and deli foods. Hudco To Go is a family based company. We know how hard it is to find healthier options when you have work, kids, sports, etc. We want to give fellow Hudsonites another option that is quick and of better quality than other choices.

more about Chef Ben
We moved into our home in beautiful downtown Hudson over 10 years ago. Ben grew up in the Randolph, WI area. Spouse and co-owner Hannah (HAW-nuh) grew up in the Cloquet, MN area and moved to the region to attend college at UW-River Falls.
Chef Ben most recently worked at YMCA Camp St. Croix as the Kitchen Manager & Chef feeding campers. He was one of the founder's of Pizza Market nights at Camp St. Croix.
Chef Ben also has past experiences attending Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary arts, working for Bon Appétit Management Company at Macalester College and Medtronic, Cafe Tango, Sysco Foods, Woodville’s Cubby Hole and more.
